Payment Terms and Refund Policy

I am confident in the high quality of our products and delivery. I guarantee an unconditional refund in the following cases:

You received a product that is significantly different from the description provided by the seller.

You ordered a new product, but received a used one.

You have not received the goods.

You purchased, for example, three goods, but only two were delivered.

Before you claim a refund, please contact the seller. I will try to solve the problem or offer you partial compensation.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. However, the processing time of the order and confirmation of payment lasts 3 business days.

Shipping United States and Europe:

Express ePacket 9-25 working days

Express HKDHL(WTD) 2-15 working days

Express FedEx IP(WTD) 3-10 working days

Delivery time to other countries may vary. Please contact us before purchasing.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Some of the reasons for an exchange:

You received a damage jewelry.

You received the wrong item.

You simply do not want the product you ordered.

You may request for an exchange but you must return the item at your expense. Returned items be brand new in condition, unopened and in its original packaging.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
